Emily Madison, FNP-C
Emily Madison is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in emergency medicine and mental health. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and a certification in Obesity Medicine from Harvard University.
As Owner and Lead Clinician of Elevate Care Co, Emily provides medically guided weight support grounded in metabolic assessment and evidence-based treatment. She works directly with Coach Ryan to align each client’s medical plan with structured strength training—prioritizing fat loss, lean muscle preservation, and long-term metabolic health.
This collaborative program combines medically-guided weight loss with structured strength training to improve results during and after weight reduction. Emily oversees and directs the medical weight loss portion of the program, while Coach Ryan leads the strength training to help you stay strong and preserve lean muscle throughout the process.
The focus is sustainable weight loss, maintaining muscle, improving strength, and helping you look and feel better as your body changes. The program is designed to support healthier habits, better energy, and long-term improvements in overall health.

This program is built around two coordinated components: medical oversight and structured strength training.
Medical Oversight — Elevate Care Co
Emily and the Elevate Care Co team manage the medical side of your weight loss journey. This includes a full medical evaluation, eligibility determination, physician-directed weight loss care, medication management (if appropriate), and ongoing monitoring to ensure safety and proper response throughout the process.
Strength Training — Archive Fitness Training
You will train twice per week in 45-minute, in-studio sessions led by Coach Ryan, a NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist who designs and works directly with clients in this program.
Each session is structured and fully guided, so you’ll always know exactly what to do and why. The workouts are designed to help you maintain muscle, reduce body fat, and stay strong as your weight changes.
Sessions are challenging but manageable, focused on steady progress without unnecessary strain. Your plan is tailored to your starting point, experience level, and physical considerations—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
