I’m Coach Ryan, founder of Archive Athletic and Fitness Training. Fitness has been my passion for over 20 years, and after years of training, learning, and pushing my own limits, I turned that passion into purpose. Over the past year, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through a results-driven, highly personalized coaching experience.

I’m not a typical personal trainer.


I’ve developed effective protocols and systems that are designed to ensure every client gets the results they’re looking for. At Archive Fitness, I’m an advocate for complete body optimization—meaning your internal systems (hormones, biomarkers, metabolic function, and recovery) are operating at peak levels so your training can deliver real, sustainable results.

As part of this approach, I work closely with the trusted medical professionals at Gameday Health in Carmel. Their expertise allows us to accurately monitor your internal engine and understand what’s truly influencing your performance. My role as your coach is to give you a clear, complete picture of what’s happening inside your body so you can decide whether or not you want to pursue deeper optimization. Transparency and informed decision-making are core to how I coach.

I combine proven training methods with the strategic use of trusted resources to help optimize your body for long-term success. This includes strength and conditioning, performance training, muscle development, fat loss, and endurance work — all supported by a real-world structure that fits seamlessly into your life. My process is rooted in clear metrics, tailored programming, continuous communication, and a deep understanding of what’s driving your results. When I’m not coaching, I’m with my wife and four kids supporting them at games, performances, and community events. Family and fitness keep me grounded, driven, and grateful for every day I get to help someone transform their life.
