This phase establishes posture, balance, and confidence in movement, while reducing post-workout soreness and preparing the body for more challenging work ahead.
Duration: 6 Weeks
Archive Elevate is designed to enhance strength, endurance, and overall conditioning. Workouts progressively challenge the body through resistance and cardiovascular training while continuing to refine the technique. Clients experience improvements in performance, stamina, and functional strength, preparing them for advanced muscular development.
Duration: 12 weeks
Archive Amplify targets muscular growth and peak strength through high-impact, focused training. Clients work with progressive overload, compound lifts, and supersets to maximize adaptation. This phase delivers noticeable increases in strength, visible muscle definition, and a boosted metabolism, helping clients achieve a stronger, more sculpted physique while optimizing performance.

Archive Apex focuses on advanced strength, power, and performance development. Training emphasizes explosive movements, continued muscle growth, and sport-specific or performance-oriented exercises. Clients in this phase achieve significant gains in muscle mass, enhanced athletic capabilities, and reduced body fat percentage, pushing beyond previous limits while optimizing overall physical performance.

Archive Pinnacle is centered on sustainable, balanced training for long-term health, injury prevention, and maintaining results achieved in earlier phases.
